ERA in numbers
The ERA Team is composed of 77 staff from 17 countries.
Around 450 practitioners participated in 16 summer courses from all EU and EFTA Member States as well as the Western Balkan States.
More than 8,600 judges, prosecutors, lawyers and other legal practitioners from 89 countries took part in over 185 training events and conferences.
ERA produced 106 e-presentations and 16 e-learning courses in the context of EU-funded projects.
Over 1,400 practitioners participated in 27 annual conferences.
ERA has contributed to the training of over 11,000
legal professionals on equality law since 2013.
ERA has organised 66 workshops and contributed to the training of over 1,580 judges and prosecutors in EU environmental law since 2013.
Articles from the quarterly legal journal ERA Forum were downloaded more than 225,000 times – a 37% increase on the previous year.
In 2023 the EMAS certification of ERA which attests to the environmental performance of its activities was renewed for two more years (2024-2025).
3,030 people have subscribed to ERA’s YouTube channel. Here, ERA publishes a wealth of free e-presentations from ERA conferences and events, as well as special video content about the Academy.
