Additional steps for job profiles with international focus or managerial positions.
Click the "Open positions" button to see if there is a job vacancy you can apply for. If not, we also welcome unsolicited applications.
Don't worry — we reply to everyone who applies for a position at ERA! You will soon receive an email or telephone call from us letting you know if you have been selected for the next stage.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 30-minute online interview to get to know each other and discuss our respective expectations.
For shortlisted candidates for managerial positions the next step is a psychological assessment by means of a test and/or an interview.
In case of further mutual interest, things are getting (even more) serious and you will be invited to a face-to-face interview!
Fasten your seatbelt: this second interview may even include a written test (30-60 minutes) to better assess your aptitudes in relation to the vacancy. During this interview we will get a more detailed picture of you and your professional and personal qualifications.
If you have impressed us in the personal interview, we will be happy to make you a contract offer and welcome you to our team once you have signed the contract.
