Selection
All applicants will be contacted by telephone or email and informed if they have been selected for the next step.
Invitation to online interview
Shortlisted candidates for positions with an international focus, managerial positions or those who do not live close to ERA will be invited to an online interview of approximately 30 minutes.
Psychological assessment
For Shortlisted candidates for managerial positions the next step is a psychological assessment by means of a test and/or an interview.
Invitation to on-site interview
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to interview at ERA in Trier, which may also include a test (30-60 minutes) related to the position. Here we will get a more detailed picture of you and your professional and personal qualifications. Depending on the position, your professional suitability will be assessed in a test lasting between half an hour and one hour.
Contract offer
If you have impressed us in the personal interview, we will be happy to make you a contract offer and welcome you to our team once you have signed the contract.
